it's too boring to type all the stupidity written, but here's a brief synopsis of where they come up with the brainiac idea that the first resurrection occurred in 1918 onwards:.

i was thinking about how i left "the truth" yesterday and got to wondering about the couple of sisters who were directly involved in the beginning of the end for me.

i know it was because of things they personally did to me that led me to believe witnesses were not "a lovable brotherhood".

and i know, they know of the things they did as well.. so here's the thing, i bet they don't feel the least bit guilty or even bad about it.

The SELF-RIGHTOUS witness is a big problem for EVERYONE.

The doctrine of men always seems to rule instead of the doctrine of GOD....................funny that the high and mighty nose of most JWs can't smell the sour meat!!!!!!

growth in numbers is not proof, other religions also have displayed such growth over the last 100 years.. material prosperity is not proof as other religions also have considerable wealth, both in cash, property and real estate.. printing the watchtower and awake!

magazines certainly is not proof!.

I know what you mean. The "truth" is, I COULD answer this question and make it very factual but, that is not my job. After all, I am still waiting for an honest response from the WTB&TS about my letter which was sent certified mail three different times over three years ago!

Yes I know, don't expect an answer............considering all of the facts, should anyone expect honesty from those that deceive?

The bottom line is: GOD does not call everyone. The high and mighty, the "educated", the proud and the ego chasers need only to humble themselves but most are too complacent, happy and content with the way things are........what a shame!!!

Witnesses Irritate Me And Suck? Some do and some do not. However, some "suck" just as well as any other fine Christian woman;......if you know what I mean.....LOL

Is manner of dress more important than respect for Jehovah?

my mother and i were discussing the fact that she was told by a minister of the jehovah's witnesses upon being asked whether mother was going to be attending a book study at her local kingdom hall and mother requested whether she could wear slacks she was told that it would not show respect to jehovah and that women in the kingdom hall should "dress appropriately" by wearing skirts or dresses.

after discussing this, my mother and i feel that the manner of dress of a jehovah's witnesses, whether man or woman is totally irrelevant to respect to jehovah god.

clearly, even if one were to present themselves at hall in rags, that person is not disrespectful to jehovah if his mind and heart are open to god's word.

Each person does whatever they can to look presentable. After all, would anyone really like to dress like a moron, bum, slut or a generally nasty piece of trash? Of course respect is number one but if a person can't afford new stylish clothes, SO WHAT? The busy bodies in each KH need to keep their F'N mouth shut and mind their own business...........OH GEE!!! ---did I say that?...........LMAO!!!
